Crossing Over into the Hebrew Year 5784!

2 Corinthians 5:17: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come."

We’re at a key moment of transition as we cross into the Hebrew year of 5784! We’re moving out of the old and into the new.

Many people don’t pay attention to the Hebrew calendar. But, I believe the Hebrew calendar is God’s calendar.

Now, I don’t often delve into Hebrew numerics, but I believe it’s important to understand the Hebrew meaning of the numbers '5784'.

Interpreting Hebrew numbers isn’t an exact science. However, each Hebrew number has a range of possible meanings that can help us understand the potential prophetic meaning behind this coming Hebrew New Year!

Hebrew Meaning of the Number '5784'

Hebrew New Year Here are some of the meanings behind the Hebrew numbers '5784':

5 (Hey) – Often represents grace, divine goodness, and occasionally judgment or refinement.
7 (Zayin) – Can symbolize completion – reminiscent of the 7th day of creation – and likewise denote spiritual rest.
8 (Chet) – Embodies new beginnings, transformation, and the spirit of revival.
4 (Dalet) – Can stand for doorways or foundations. It also can represent the four corners of the earth.

As we cross into this Hebrew New Year, I believe God is cleansing us. This may feel unpleasant, but it's a necessary cleansing, enabling us to step into all God has for us this year.

Seven Spheres of Crossing Over!

I believe this year and beyond will symbolize a crossing over in seven areas:

Generational Crossing Over: I believe we're entering a time of prophetic fulfillment. I believe the current generation is beginning to step into the promises prophesied over it decades ago during the Joel's Army Fast. I believe this is the beginning of the great revival.
The Thundering Voice of God: Just like we read in Psalm 29, I believe God's voice will thunder in this period of time showcasing his power and majesty!
Acceleration: I believe this year will be a time of divine acceleration. It may even feel like you've strapped on rocket boosters!
The "Surround Presence" of God: I see a new, immersive experience of God’s presence coming to the church, enveloping believers in a 360-degree cocoon of His "surround-sound" presence.
Big Brother: I believe we're entering an age of Big Brother surveillance, similar to George Orwell's Book: "1984." I don't think there's any going back from here.
A Mordecai and Esther Movement: I see an underground move of the Holy Spirit in the Middle East that'll shake the region. I believe this will be an authentic Mordecai and Esther movement.
The War of the States: I see a forthcoming battle in the United States between states' rights and federalism, similar to the Civil War. I saw this would be kicked into gear after 'Roe v. Wade' was overturned.

As we transition into the Hebrew New Year, let's believe God for more of His presence, a joining of the generations, revival in the Middle East, and a God-breathed acceleration on all areas of our life!

Prayer for Prophetic Fulfillment

Father, we commit ourselves to you once again. And here we are, we're yours. We've been bought by the price of the blood of the lamb, and we desire to learn from those who have blazed the trail before us. We want to discover the path that leads to greater manifestation of God's glory on earth. We desire to offer greater prayers that will be in alignment with your very heart. We want to be voices that matter and that can be heard in the courts of heaven. Teach us and lead us so that true lasting revival will come into our lives, our families, our cities and our nations. And we present ourselves to you for this new Hebrew year of 5784 that we will cross over and it will be better than it was before!
