There are “crossover” periods of time: historically, personally, and in movements of the Holy Spirit. These are times when we move from prophetic promises into prophetic fulfillment. Right NOW, we are crossing over! Scripture tells the story of an important crossing over moment in the life of the people of Israel. Joshua and the people had just crossed over the Jordan River into their promised land and the Lord asked them to place memorial stones. “And the children of Israel did so, just as Joshua commanded, and took up twelve stones from the midst of the Jordan, as the Lord had spoken to Joshua, according to the number of the tribes of the children of Israel, and carried them over with them to the place where they lodged, and laid them down there. Then Joshua set up twelve stones in the midst of the Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests who bore the ark of the covenant stood; and they are there to this day. “So the priests who bore the ark stood in the midst of the Jordan until everything was finished that the Lord had commanded Joshua to speak to the people, according to all that Moses had commanded Joshua; and the people hurried and crossed over. Then it came to pass, when all the people had completely crossed over, that the ark of the Lord and the priests crossed over in the presence of the people.” Joshua 4:8–11
The “Until Clause:” From Revelation Revealed to Revelation Fulfilled
On one side of the river is “revelation revealed,” and on the other side is “revelation fulfilled.” And in between revelation revealed and revelation fulfilled, we—as individuals, families, movements, cities, people, nations, and societies—live in the “until clause.” 
We don’t know how long this “until clause” is. Sometimes it’s five seconds long. The promise is revealed, the promise is fulfilled. Sometimes it’s a generation. Sometimes in biblical prophecy, it might be hundreds of years. How about Isaiah 62? Recently many of us have participated in Isaiah 62 Fast. Isaiah 62:6–7 states, “I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the Lord, give yourselves no rest, and give him no rest till he establishes Jerusalem and makes her the praise of the earth.” That’s a long “until clause” between revelation revealed and revelation fulfilled. There is a period in between and we don’t know how long it is, but it will be fulfilled.
NOW Is the Time for Fulfillment!
But crossover moments do come and at times we must have eyes to discern our day of visitation. Did you hear me? We must NOW have eyes of discernment to realize we’re right in the middle of it and we can become so familiar that we might miss it. In my book, Revival Breakthrough, in Chapter 11, I rehearse multiple biblical and modern-day prophecies, “until,” and then there is a crossover time they happen. So let me rehearse some history. 40 years ago in May of 1983, a young man named Mike Bickle called forth what was called a Joel’s Army Fast, 21 days of fasting for revival. I was one of those people. And in our small church Harvest Fellowship in Warrensburg, Missouri, we participated in 21 nights of fasting and worship. In that period, I knew I was being invited into the prophetic purposes of what was going on in Kansas City and whatever was going to be birthed. I also knew there would be a cost to pay to answer that invitation. There was profound prophetic revelation that came forth in that time. - the beginning of the billion-soul harvest
- the great greatest youth awakening that the world has ever seen.
And on the exact same dates of the 1983 fast, 40 years later, Mike Bickle issued the call again, for 21 days of prayer and fasting—an Isaiah 62 fast. They said there might be a hundred thousand, and it might grow to a million. Well, I think that it could have easily been up to 10 million people that participated. Thousands and thousands of people around the world participated in a crossing over moment from revelation revealed to revelation fulfilled.
We Are in a Crossover Moment
I’m here to say—we are at a crossover time. We are at the beginning of the billion-soul harvest, especially of youth. And we are at the beginning of the greatest youth awakening the world has ever known. Recently I prophesied that there will be another noontime prayer revival like the one led by Jeremiah Lamphere in New York City, which was a marketplace layman’s prayer revival. So, our prayer team decided to follow up the recent Isaiah 62 prayer times and continue in noontime prayer. Lord, we call forth in our day and in this generation the greatest youth awakening that the world has ever seen. You have done it before; now do it again, even better, and bigger and more powerfully. Release Your Spirit and send Your angels to usher in one billion more souls for Your Kingdom, for Jesus Christ’s sake. Send revival! Send it now! Move quickly, Holy Spirit, and raise up the greatest youth prayer army of all time. We declare that these prayers agree with Your prophetic purposes for this generation, and we praise Your holy name. Amen and Amen!
