How do I return an item?

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases from God Encounters Ministries. Most items can be returned within 30 days of when you receive them. See below for exceptions to the 30-day rule and for instructions on how to return certain types of items.

If the reason for your return is a result of our error, please contact us and we will give you shipping instructions. If it is not our error, we will not cover the cost of return shipping.

BOOKS & STUDY GUIDES are returnable for 30 days if unused and unmarked.

CDs & DVDs are returnable for 30 days and must be unopened. If the item is defective, it can be returned within 30 days with the original packaging. Defective items may be exchanged for the same title.

MP3 DOWNLOADS are not returnable after purchase.
