There are points and times in everybody’s life that we need some help. I am asking for your assistance. Some of you know that I am facing the most major surgery of my lifetime. I am going to ask the Lord that it is the last time. Surgery will be May 24th, 25th and 26th. Some of you might read this after the fact, and that’s okay too. They’ll be taking out a device that’s been in my back for the last, maybe nine years. Unfortunately, it pinches my sciatic nerve in three places, and there’s a herniated disc above and below. That’s the reason why I have been in a lot of pain folks and been having to take some pain relief medications for all of these last nine years.

Our Faith!

I’ve had to curtail all of my international travels for all these years. But you know what? I think that’s going to change. But I need your prayers! This is the most major surgery and I will have undergone. I don’t go into this lightly. I tell the story out of Mark 2:1-5, there were the four friends that carried the paralytic into the presence of Jesus, and Jesus looked upon the situation and He said, “their faith.” Well, I think that there is times where it is ‘our faith.’ I am asking for your prayers that this will be successful. I’m asking also for something supernatural to happen. I want this to be the last time that I will go under the knife.

Procedure Details

They are going to take the present device out, which has been pinching my sciatic nerve for nearly a decade. Then they’re going to put in an upgrade that is very different type of material and a different device, but it takes two surgeons and multiple surgeries across several days to accomplish this. I will be in the hospital at least three days, May 23rd, 24th and 25th. I will have a helper in my home for two weeks. The recovery is projected for six to eight weeks.

Redemption!

Now let me be transparent in another way. I turn 70 years old on July 3rd. Well, what a good birthday present would that be for me to go into this surgery, have this cage removed, have the right device put in and this pinching stop. So that I don’t have to deal with this ever again. Now that would be really pretty awesome.

Someone who doesn’t know me well just recently came up to me and said, “You’re gonna return to a ministry to the nations.” They didn’t know that the original name of this Ministry and the 501C3 Non-Profit is called Ministry to the Nations. The ministry that started maybe 37 years ago is Ministry to the Nations. It still is God Encounters – a Ministry to the Nations. So I’m believing that I’m going to be able to return.

Will you pray with me? I love my home, and I love doing these video classes and I love all this. I’m highly honored, but you know what? I want to get back out to my John Wesley calling and anointing where the world is my parish. So I’m asking for your prayers. Surgery; Prayers Requested: A Little Bit of Help From My Friends. Will you pray for, and with me, that this will be successful and do exceedingly abundantly above all that I could ask or think, or imagine?

God Bless You,

James W. Goll
