The Holy Spirit is equipping us with the greater authority needed to carry out His purposes in this critical hour.

The Power of God Encounters

One of the foundational truths of this ministry is the life-transforming power of a God encounter. Just one moment in His presence can change us forever. However, it is essential to stay balanced. We believe in encountering God, but we also emphasize the importance of storing up His written Word in our hearts. Why? Because when the Ruach, the breath of God, blows upon the Word stored within us, it becomes a creative, life-giving rhema word.

This isn’t about works or striving. It’s about cultivating intimacy with God through His Word and prayer. When we combine the written Word with the Spirit’s breath, it produces a combustion of revelation that fuels our assignments and deepens our relationship with Him.

New Alignments for Fresh Assignments

The Lord is realigning His people for fresh assignments. Some of you may feel a stirring in your spirit—a sense of renewal or even a resurrection of old assignments now made new. These fresh assignments often come through new relationships and connections, which God uses to release His purposes.
I’ve experienced this personally. For many years, I’ve served as a number-two leader, supporting others in their callings. While this has been an honor, the Lord is now calling me into a statesman role, a new alignment that requires greater authority and wisdom.

Greater Authority for New Assignments

With fresh assignments comes the need for greater authority. This authority isn’t just positional; it’s relational. It’s rooted in our intimacy with God and our relationships with others. Malachi 4:6 declares, “And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers.” This turning speaks of a generational alignment that is both structural and organic, a relational dynamic that fosters unity and releases God’s blessing.

I’ve seen this truth manifest in my own life. Years ago, I experienced a profound turning point with my earthly father. At 44, I heard Him call me “son” for the first time, and I called Him “Father.” This supernatural encounter released a new level of wholeness and authority in my life. It’s a powerful reminder that our relational alignments often determine the authority we carry in the Spirit.

A Dream Encounter with Moses

Recently, I had a dream and in this God encounter I stood on a mountain with Moses. We discussed the wisdom needed to steward new levels of authority. Moses shared lessons from his journey, particularly the danger of reacting in anger under the anointing. When Moses struck the rock instead of speaking to it, he acted out of frustration, and it cost him dearly.

This encounter served as a sobering reminder. As we step into greater authority, we must be vigilant against the enemy of anger. Whether in ministry, family, or relationships, we must respond with wisdom and grace, not react out of emotional fatigue or disappointment.

In this season, the Lord is calling us into grounded, authentic relationships. True spiritual maturity involves partnership with God, rooted in His Word and empowered by His Spirit. The turning of hearts mentioned in Malachi is about more than reconciliation; it’s about restoring divine order. God lives in community—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—and He’s calling us to reflect that unity in our relationships. This alignment releases greater authority and equips us for the fresh assignments ahead.

Practical Steps for Walking in Greater Authority

  1. Store Up the Word: Immerse yourself in Scripture. Pray it, meditate on it, and let it saturate your spirit. The written Word provides the foundation for the Spirit’s breath to ignite revelation.
  2. Cultivate Intimacy: Spend time in God’s presence. Worship, listen, and engage with Him. Intimacy with God fuels your assignments and releases His authority in your life.
  3. Guard Your Heart: Be vigilant against anger, frustration, and other emotions that can derail your assignments. Respond with wisdom and grace, especially under the anointing.
  4. Seek Relational Alignment: Prioritize relationships that align with God’s purposes. Whether in family, ministry, or community, healthy relationships release His blessing and authority.
  5. Embrace the Fear of the Lord: Walk in reverence and humility. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and is essential for stewarding greater authority.

A Prophetic Charge

As we step into this season of new alignments and fresh assignments, let’s embrace the greater authority God is releasing. This authority comes with responsibility—to steward relationships, walk in wisdom, and respond to challenges with grace.

I bless you with the wisdom and strength needed for this new season. May you experience the turning of hearts, the alignment of generations, and the release of fresh assignments. Let’s shut the door on old patterns and step into the fullness of what God has for us.
